Abstract Opening Date: Tuesday 30 June 2020Virtually Vilinus

Abstract Deadline Date: Friday 17 July 2020

The 2020 ESCP Annual Conference is going virtual this September and will be featuring the top submitted abstracts to our digital audience.

We will be selecting the top 20 submitted abstracts to be included within the programme. And a larger number will be peer reviewed and published online by the Journal of Colorectal Disease.

Of the accepted abstracts not featured within the programme, five will be selected for the ‘best of the rest’ awards. The recipients of these awards will receive a complimentary registration to the 2021 Barcelona Annual Meeting and an opportunity to present their work at the live event.

Abstracts can be submitted in several categories including the main subspecialties (cancer, IBD, pelvic floor, proctology) and will also be considered in categories of best randomised controlled trial and best studies with global reach.

Last year we received a record-breaking number of abstracts. This year we look forward to receiving high quality submissions to feature online and in our programme but please bear in mind that not all abstracts will be accepted.

This year we will not be featuring posters. These will return in 2021.

Look out for more details about this fantastic online conference in the next few weeks on the ESCP website and across social media channels using #ESCP2020.
