How to submit
Main abstract submissions should be no longer than 200 words. You will be required to use the on-screen form provided, and you will not be able to include diagrams or graphs.
- Step 1: read the abstract submission guidelines
- Step 2: go to the online abstract submission system
- Step 3: register your details and await confirmation by e-mail that you have registered as a user
- Step 4: using the link provided, login to submit your abstracts
- Step 5: for each abstract, enter all co-authors (in the order they should be printed) and the abstract (200 words maximum)
Authors are kindly requested not to enter author names into the body of the abstract, please use the fields provided in the submission form. Please ensure that your submission adheres to the abstract submission guidelines, otherwise it may not be considered.

Attending the conference
Conference registration will be available to presenting authors at the early registration rate until 30 August 2019. The early rate will not be available after this date.
If a selected author cannot attend the conference, the ESCP should be notified with the name of the replacement presenter within 48 hours.
