Registration fee includes: admission to all scientific sessions (unless registered for one day only), a final programme and abstract book**, welcome reception on Wednesday evening, light lunch on Wednesday, lunch on Thursday, brunch on Friday and a certificate of attendance with CME points.
Educational workshops: most are free of charge, but you do need to select them during registration if you wish to attend.
Registration cancellation: you may cancel up to 1 August 2019 and obtain a refund less an admin charge of €50; refunds will be made after the conference. We regret that we cannot make any refunds on registrations cancelled after 1 August 2019.
*Reduced registration fees: please note that only the following countries are eligible: Albania, Belarus, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Egypt, Georgia, North Macedonia, Moldova, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine.
**Printed final programmes and abstract books must be selected when registering online. The final programme will be available online and on the ESCP app; please consider if you need a printed copy.
Medical students
Up to 50 complimentary registrations are available to undergraduate medical students; applications are invited from those with a specific interest in coloproctology by email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. before 30 August 2019.
Please note that only undergraduate students may apply.
Applicants must submit a letter from their head of faculty confirming their student status, together with a brief CV.
Delegate support
ESCP is committed to facilitating an inclusive conference that is open to all which is why we are delighted to offer a financial support package for up to 5 applicants for whom attendance at an ESCP Conference may not ordinarily be an option.
ESCP membership and conference rates
ESCP member conference rates are accessed by using a 'coupon code'. All those subscribed when registration opens will be notified of the coupon code. Anyone paying a subscription after registration has opened will receive notification of the coupon code within the emailed confirmation of membership. The coupon code should be entered on the screen immediately after entry of personal details.
Please note that member conference rates are not available to online-only membership or those on a temporary trial-membership. If you hold either of these and would like to benefit from reduced member conference rates, please upgrade your membership or contact the ESCP Secretariat for help.
