The ESCP Fellowship Programme is an integral, highly appreciated and renowned part of the educational and training activities of the society. We are pleased to report that 72 young members have visited 31 host centres in 13 countries over the last 6 years.

The Fellowship Programme was reinvented for 2018, all applications for ESCP Fellowships are now made via the new online application forms!

Expectations vary among the applicants, but there is also great variance in what the host centres can offer, in part due to national regulations. There has been increasing popularity of ESCP’s Fellowship/Observership programme over the past several years and ESCP has successfully managed to deliver these training opportunities despite regional variations in licensing and work restrictions. ESCP continue to support trainees to observe, learn and implement variations in clinical practises in coloproctology.

We would like to thank all host centres for their ongoing support for this programme.

With kind regards
