Summary of clinical/research background

Our research is both basic and clinical. In basic research we have two main teams, one working in nanotechnoclogy, cellular quiescence and response to chemotherapy and another one working in IBD basic research.

In clinical research we have our own research in pelvic floor disease, IBD and cancer and collaborations with other research centers to do multicentric trials and research (laparoscopy, cancer, anal fissure, incontinence, rectal prolapse, etc).
