Learning objectives: LOLA - Results of a RCT comparing laparoscopic lavage versus resectional surgery for purulent perforated diverticuliti. Crohn's - Highlight new strictureplasty techniques over the ileocaecal valve to provide a bowel sparing alternative to ileocaecal resection. Implementation of the TAMIS platform in difficult Crohn's fistula treatment and proctectomy.
